Bespoke Software Training

In October of 2014, Xpedite were invited to conduct familiarisation training on the Royal Navy’s bespoke Maintenance Management Software; in particular, instruction on a bespoke feedback process produced by Xpedite. Being embedded in the QEC Maintenance Support system, Xpedite recognised the need for a feedback channel to allow MOD staff to submit validation comments whilst conducting scheduled maintenance at the first occurrence following approval. Feedback is provided on Maintenance Task Instructions (MTI’s) and Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs) hosted on the trilogi® platform, to both the Maintenance Database Managers and the Aircraft Carrier Alliance.
