RCM Training

RCM training courses are provided on an 'as required' basis. Courses are usually run in response to customer enquiries. The training programs are structured to assist organisations who are planning to adopt an alternative strategic maintenance framework to their current method of managing maintenance.

In order to implement RCM effectively and understand the concept, training of some degree is usually essential. Also, due to the inevitable change in maintenance philosophy and possible change in internal business processes, training at all levels can be beneficial. All training courses can be tailored to be specific to any industry sector to ensure relevance to attendees. Courses are delivered by experienced specialists in the field of RCM.

Course fees are based on a daily rate and are not charged on a ‘per delegate’ basis. In certain circumstances, training is refundable to organisations that commit to using Xpedite as their prime support consultant for RCM.

4 Day Principles of RCM Implementation *	This practical workshop-based course teaches the skills required to apply RCM. The course has been developed through past experience of conducting analysis for and with clients. The course can be tailored to suit the client’s industry sector. Some of the areas covered are: • Study Management • Application of RCM • Managing Maintenance	All Personnel who will be directly involved in the application of RCM. Supervisors who would like a more in-depth knowledge of the process.

* To attain the full benefit of this course, the 1 Day ‘Introduction to RCM’ should be attended as a prerequisite. Courses can be conducted at Xpedite’s offices or in an organisation’s own workplace.
